| The Tallwood Motel is a thirty six unit resort motel located on US Route 1 in Wells, Maine, USA. We are open to the public from the beginning of May until the end of October so that you may enjoy our long vacation season. Spending a summer vacation at Southern Maine's seacoast is a great vacation choice. |

Although a summer vacation on the Southern Maine seacoast is a unique experience, our spring and fall vacation seasons have their own special offerings.

| The weeks from May until summer offer access to most of the same attractions but at lower rates. The Southern Maine seacoast opens its eyes in May to those vacationers who want more privacy and quiet time on their vacation. It's a nice time for a walk on the beach to rejuvenate the spirit after the winter months. |

The fall season months offer crisp and colorful days when our foliage season arrives (usually peaking during the end of September through the first few weeks of October). If you have never been on the Southern Maine seacoast during this time you are missing something very special. Bright sun, big sky and beautiful colors, with a strong surf at the beach that is especially invigorating. |
Whatever time of the Southern Maine vacation year that you come to visit us, The Tallwood Motel offers the same friendly service.
